Access-floorings.co.uk is a trading name of Access Flooring Group Ltd. All orders placed here online and via our company are subject to the below terms and conditions of sale.

Returns are accepted but will be subject to a 40% restocking fee. This restocking fee is non negotiable and will be applied to all returns unless otherwise agreed with us. Returns will only be accepted if reported to us within 14 days of receiving your goods. Failure to report to us within this window will result in us refusing any returns.

If your item is damaged, you must report this to us also within 14 days, to which a replacement will be sent out for qualifying claims.

As a company, we aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 working days of receiving your payment. This delivery window is only estimated and can be subject to change. We do not accept any claims for business disruptions or losses as a result of a late delivery. If you require a specific date for delivery, please get in touch with us before placing your order. All our deliveries are made Monday - Friday and delivered between 08:00am and 17:00pm unless otherwise stated.

The above delivery times are based on orders being placed before 11:30am. Orders placed after 11:30am will roll on to the next working days delivery time window.
