Delivery Information

We aim to deliver most orders within 2–4 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

For selected product lines and locations, next-day or same-day delivery may be available. Availability varies by product and supplier, so please contact us before ordering if your project is time-critical.

Deliveries are made using a range of commercial vehicle types, including:

• Standard vans
• Long wheelbase vans
• 7.5 tonne trucks
• Articulated lorries (artics)

Most deliveries include tail lift offload as standard. If your site has restricted access, limited space, or no offloading facilities, you must inform us before dispatch so suitable arrangements can be made.

To avoid delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges, please ensure that the delivery address is accessible for the scheduled vehicle type.

Inform us in advance of any restricted access times, parking limitations, loading bay requirements, or site-specific delivery instructions.

All deliveries must be checked upon arrival.

Any issues, including damaged goods or shortages, must be:

• Noted with the driver at the time of delivery, or
• Reported within 24 hours by emailing sales@access-flooring.co.uk

Claims reported outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
