Access-Flooring.co.uk is a trading name of Access Flooring Group Ltd. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

All orders are subject to availability, acceptance, and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, at our discretion, including but not limited to instances of incorrect pricing or stock errors.

Product prices, descriptions, and images are subject to change without prior notice. We are not liable for errors or omissions that may occur due to typographical, system, or human error.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your goods, but are subject to a 40% restocking fee unless otherwise agreed in writing. All returns must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item has been used, damaged, or returned outside the stated return window.

Any claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 14 days of delivery. Where damage is visible, this should be reported to the driver and documented at the point of delivery.

Replacement items for accepted claims will be sent at no additional charge. Refunds are issued at our discretion and may take up to 10 working days to process.

We aim to deliver within 3–5 working days of receiving payment. This timeframe is an estimate only and not guaranteed.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00, unless stated otherwise. Delays may occur due to courier capacity, traffic, weather, or supplier issues.

We are not liable for business disruption, loss of earnings, or other consequential losses resulting from late delivery or courier failure. Please contact us before ordering if you require a guaranteed delivery date.

All delivery timeframes apply to orders placed before 11:30am. Orders received after this cut-off will be processed the following working day.

All product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. While we aim for accuracy, actual product colours, sizes, and finishes may vary depending on screen settings, manufacturer batches, or materials.

If you require exact specifications, please contact us before ordering. We accept no liability for perceived discrepancies in colour, finish, or appearance between website images and delivered goods.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Access Flooring Group Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the goods in question.
